Return Policy

Due to the downloadable nature of our products, no refunds are available once you have downloaded a product or begun an eLearning module or assessment.  If you have made a purchase in error and have NOT YET begun a download or started your eLearning or online assessment, you may request a cancellation of your purchase by emailing our fulfilment group at customerservice@readytomanage.com.  Approved cancellations will result in store credit only.
