Improving Financial performance-Level 1: A 20/20 MDS® eLearning Course
In this Financial Performance-1 module we look at how the financial performance of the organisation as a whole can be improved. To do this, this module is divided into four sections as follows:
- Section 1 - Increasing Revenue
- Section 2 - Reducing the Cost of Sales
- Section 3 - Controlling Expenses
- Section 4 - Managing Cash Flows
Each of these sections offers a range of practical strategies and steps that can be taken in any enterprise. We will therefore be using a wide range of examples to illustrate how these may of these strategies and steps can be applied.
In addition, we will be looking at a wide range of case studies which help the individual learner to become more familiar with how financial performance can be scrutinised in order to create opportunities of improvement.
It is recommended that participants also undertake the Financial Acumen Inventory in conjunction with this course.
The 20-20 MDS® series by WCOD is a management and leadership development program designed for professionals seeking to improve their management and leadership skills to help them reach their potential in the work world. Until now, the courses and workshops in this program were only available as a complete course of study within an accredited program.
