This Instrument Facilitator Guide provides a full resource manual for trainers/coaches/consultants/facilitators to better understand the PTI instrument. This includes expanded information on the development history of the PTI, as well as more in-depth material on each of the four scales (E-I, S-N, T-F and J-P) and on instrument interpretation as a whole. The manual also includes norm and validation data on the assessment and finally a section on instrument application and uses.
