eLearning or Online Learning gives you timely, low cost training tools that can be targeted to a specific person's development needs. All of these products are accessed via the internet from an individual's home or office. 

• Rapid Skill Builder products are about an hour long and feature an expert facilitator and video vignettes demontrating various skills.
• 2020 MDS eLearning courses are much longer, usually about 3-4 hours and cover the topic in greater depth.  Exercises, interactive activities and more are featured in this product line.
